Mining Communications Ltd (MCL) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its website users. The information gained during registration, and ongoing usage, will be used in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy, as outlined here (for further details, contact it@mining-journal.com).

A. DATA COLLECTION

C. COOKIES

As part of the data-collection process, MCL uses 'cookies' to identify users when they visit the website. (Cookies are messages sent by a web server to a web browser to collect information about the browser.) This is part of the security of the site, and allows registered users to be presented with personalised web pages.

D. AUTHORITY

By accessing the MCL website, users are implicitly acknowledging the company's need to collect and transmit electronic data, and agreeing to the processing of such information by MCL.
