Sable, CITIC to develop Zimbabwe power plant

Sable Mining has turned its focus to coal, signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CITIC Construction to develop a 600MW coal-fired power plant at Sable’s 19,236ha Lubu coal project in Zimbabwe.
