Southeast Asia's Timor-Leste opens for business

Timor-Leste is, for the first time, opening bidding for mineral tenements, and interest has already been shown by companies based in Australia, China, and elsewhere, the deputy president of the nation's mining regulator Jose Goncalves said at the AOG Energy conference in Perth, Australia.
