Cleveland-Cliffs positive on rising 2019 pellet premiums

US iron ore producer Cleveland-Cliffs (NYSE:CLF) expects the premium it fetches for its pellet products to start the New Year at the US$70 per tonne level, after remaining stable at about $55/t for the past 10 months.
