Base boosts net cash

Mineral sands miner Base Resources has maintained yearly guidance and increased its net cash position to US$30.6 million after an unremarkable quarter of operations at Kwale in Kenya, with results in December from feasibility work on the new Toliara opportunity in Madagascar keenly awaited.
