You can count on me: Caledonia shareholders have received constant quarterly payments since 2014

Caledonia's dividend policy of four equal quarterly payments was adopted in 2014 and it has remained consistent since.

The company had a good 2018, with its net profit attributable to shareholders rising 14.7% year-on-year to US$10.8 million, due to Zimbabwe's higher export credit incentive and a fall in other charges offsetting a lower gross profit.

The ex-dividend date has been set at April 11, with the record to take place the following day and the cheque to be mailed on April 26.

Shareholders in Canada and the UK will be paid in their own currency, with payments to be calculated using the relevant Bank of Canada exchange rates on the April 12 record date.

Caledonia's shares have fallen 18.9% in the past six months to the current £4.25 (US$5.54) per share level.
