Company News: Baiyin Nonferrous Group

Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co. Ltd. was formally established by Baiyin Company and China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC) Group on the morning of November 24, which marks a new developing stage of the strategic cooperation between Gansu Province and CITIC Group. 

    Lu Hao, secretary of the CPC Gansu Provincial Committee, Governor Xu Shousheng and Li Shilin, acting director and vice manager-general of CITIC Group, were all present at the ceremony and unveiled the plaque.

    Gansu Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration, Gansu State-owned Assets Company, CITIC Group and CITIC Guoan Group signed an agreement on October 24 in Beijing. In accordance with the agreement CITIC Group and CITIC Guoan Group will invest 3.26 billion yuan to increase the shares of Baiyin Company. CITIC Guoan Group and Baiyin Company will jointly invest 300 million yuan to establish a resource exploitation company.
