Company News: Imperial Minerals
Updated: 12 Apr 2011

During 2010 Imperial Minerals raised more than £1.0 million from sophisticated investors and its securities were admitted to trading on the PLUS-quoted Market in the United Kingdom. The Company will utilise these funds to seek acquisitions and other development opportunities in the natural resources sector. By using the existing skill sets and extensive contacts network of its directors, Imperial Minerals has rapidly begun a process of asset evaluation.

Once identified, it is the Company’s intention to quickly grow the value of acquired assets via an injection of secondary development funding and specialist mining technical expertise. Imperial Minerals believes these processes combined with a targeted communications program to investors and end users will deliver share price growth for its stock holders.
