- Description: Toronto, ON – June 16, 2010 - Volta Resources Inc. ("Volta" or the "Company") (TSX:VTR) announces that it has commenced a combined reverse circulation ("RC") and diamond drilling (“DD”) program for a total of approximately 3,500 metres at its Nassara prospect on the Danyoro permit, which forms part of the 100% owned Gaoua Project in southern Burkina Faso, West Africa. The current program will follow up the positive scout drilling results obtained in January 2010 (see News Release of 28 January 2010) and the results from the recent trenching carried out over the target.
