Howden a fan of software

Howden Group's low-key acquisition of Australia’s Chasm Consulting is not expected to impact the recent software development partnership agreement between Chasm and ASX-listed RPM Global (RUL). Howden, which derived a small percentage of last year’s approximately US$2 billion of revenue from mining, this week said it bought Chasm for an undisclosed sum.
