DE BEERS’ 58%-owned subsidiary Archangel Diamond Corp (ADC) has notified OAO Lukoil that the global downturn has seriously affected the proposed acquisition of a 49.99% interest in Lukoil’s subsidiary Arkhangelskoe Geologdobychnoye Predpriyate (AGD.
