Alamos' Lynn Lake returns look 'skinny'

A feasibility study showed good, if not great, economics for Alamos' Lynn Lake gold project in Manitoba

The study determined a post-tax net present value (5% discount) of US$123 million and an internal rate of return of 12.5%. This would give the project a 4.6-year payback using base gold and silver prices of $1,250 per ounce and $16/oz, respectively, and an initial capital estimate of $338 million.
