Antioquia concession contract delays cost millions

A study by strategic communications and sustainable development consulting firm Portex into the mining concession contracting processes in Colombia's Antioquia department has shown the delegated authority the regional government enjoys for contracting and supervision is not achieving the goals of decongestion, efficiency, efficacy and fomenting the development of mining and exploration.
