Rio2: What's the big deal trucking water?

Alex Black, president and CEO of Rio2, says he's puzzled by apparent confusion around the company’s plan to truck water to its Fenix gold oxide project in the Maricunga gold belt near Copiapo, Chile, as it provides a neat solution which allows the project to come on stream very quickly.
