Antioquia: no progress on concession contract administration

A Mining Monitor study by strategic communications and sustainable development consulting firm Portex into mining concession contracting processes in Colombia's Antioquia department for 2019 has shown little progress in reducing bureaucracy and improving administrative efficiency compared with the prior study.
