Dundee to acquire INV Metals for 63% premium

Dundee Precious Metals has agreed to acquire INV Metals in an all-stock deal valued at C$132 million, a 63% premium, to obtain the Loma Larga gold-copper-silver project in Azuay, Ecuador.
