Novus Energy Fund Limited (“Novus Energy Fund”, “Fund” or “Company”) is an unlisted public company that will operate as a diversified investment company with a focus on investing in opportunities in the following sectors:
• Coal;
• Coal Seam Gas (CSG);
• Underground Coal Gasification (UCG);
• Coal and carbon technologies; and
• Related power generation.
The Fund will have a principal focus on investing in Australian opportunities, but will consider investments in other geographic areas as appropriate.
