Lupaka makes board, executive changes

Lupaka Gold (TSXV:LPK) has appointed Ryan Webster as CFO and Mario Stifano as a director.

The departing director and CFO will continue on in advisory capacities to ensure the transition isn't too rocky

Webster will replace retiring CFO Darryl Jones on June 1, who will remain as a consultant, while Stifano will fill the board place of the resigning Stephen Silbernagel, who will continue on as a board advisor.

Webster was most recently vice president of finance at Dominion Diamond Corp, where he worked for more than a decade.

Stifano is currently CEO of Cordoba Minerals and has also held a number of senior executive positions, including at Mega Precious Metals, Lake Shore Gold and Ivernia, during his 15 years' experience with exploration, development and producing companies.
