He joins from Bulk Logistics Group where he was finance director and prior to that was head of finance at Utility Exchange Online.
Edghill also previously held senior financial roles with Grant Thornton and Ernst and Young during his 15 years' of experience in private practice specialising in corporate reconstruction and turnaround.
Harvest executive chairman Brian McMaster said the company would work with Edghill as it continues to build production and sales of its organic remineraliser KPfértil.
