Stornoway makes senior management changes

Stornoway Diamond Corporation (TSX:SWY) has appointed Dino Rambidis as CFO to replace Orin Baranowsky and had promoted Annie Torkia-Lagacé to the role of executive vice president, corporate development, legal affairs and corporate secretary.

Baranowsky will remains on until the end of May to ensure a smooth transition and to support Rambidis, who will start immediately.

Rambidis has over 30 years' of experience in senior financial management positions across multiple sectors.

His previous roles include senior VP, corporate finance at Fiera Capital, VP finance and operations at PSP Investments, and senior director, finance at TAL Global Asset Management.

Torkia Lagacé has been VP, legal affairs and general counsel of Stornoway since 2014 and has a number of years' experience in business development, corporate finance and public company governance.
