McIntyre takes on Altiplano CEO role

Resource banker, economist and geologist Alastair McIntyre has taken over as CEO at Chile-focused Altiplano Metals, whose chairman and former chief executive John Williamson said McIntyre was the right person to lead the company’s “expansion efforts and corporate growth strategies”.

McIntyre has geology and economics degrees from Dalhousie University, and 30 years of senior management experience in the metals and mining sector including roles with leading resource banks in Toronto, New York, Sydney and Hong Kong.
