Newrange to sell Colombian assets to private Australian company

Newrange Gold (TSXV: NRG) has outlined plans to focus on its Pamlico gold project in Nevada by negotiating to sell some of its Colombian assets to private Australian company Andean Mining Corp for at least US$1 million.
