South Carolina mine permit could open more doors

In January 2015, in a permit application watched closely by industry and investors alike, Romarco Minerals settled a short-lived administrative appeal filed by the Sierra Club of its permit to mine, clearing the way for the company to begin developing its Haile gold mine in Lancaster County, South Carolina.
