Pan American apologises, reaches settlement with protestors

Pan American Silver (NASDAQ: PAAS) has reached a settlement to end a long-running legal battle with Guatemalan community members, who were injured in a shooting incident in 2013 during a protest at the Escobal mine, then owned by Tahoe Resources.
