Brazil minister promises regulatory change

Bento Albuquerque, Brazil's minister of mines and energy, has promised sweeping reform that will make the country more attractive to mining investors. Speaking at the PDAC 2019 Brazil Day, he said wholesale change was needed to combat corruption and get government, the judiciary and executive working together effectively to allow the sector to thrive and generate promised benefits.
