Cobalt and nickel occur naturally in nature and also in the futuristic batteries increasingly powering automobiles

The report, which reviewed the specific effect of electric vehicle (EV) sales on demand for raw materials and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), stated the progress in battery development would have “massive ramifications”, not only for the automotive sector and battery industries but also the “upstream suppliers and enablers of EVs”.
