This week’s eight-year power contract extension with leading Australian gold miner St Barbara has capped a busy and productive few months for Pacific Energy (ASX: PEA), which has seen its shares climb from A36c in mid-March to the current 60c level, capitalising the company at about A$222 million (US$167 million).
