NuLegacy is next rising Cortez star

From the soft rolling hills of its Iceberg North deposit, NuLegacy Gold’s (CN:NUG) geologists see opportunity everywhere. To the immediate north is its recently discovered Avocado deposit, the south the Iceberg Central and South zones, and to the west the recently discovered Serena zone. Oh, and in the next valley over to the north-west the Cortez Hill trend where Barrick Gold (CN:ABX) has three active multi-million ounce producing mines.

NuLegacy believes it has a Carlin-type gold system on its hands and that it why the area has not been exploited before. The key proponent of this theory is chief geological officer and company co-founder Roger Steininger, who discovered the plus-21 million ounce Pipeline deposit that Barrick is exploiting next door, the first blind Carlin-style deposit discovered.
