Acacia Mining (LN:ACA) has gone to the threat of international arbitration in its fight with Tanzania, but this week's proposed legislation might make it tough for the miner.

Acacia said on Tuesday it had served notices of arbitration from the entities that directly own the Bulyanhulu and Buzwagi gold mines.
