Variscan returns to Europe for Spanish zinc

Having abandoned effectively abandoned Europe for the lure of copper in Chile in 2017, Variscan Mines has had a change of heart and is heading to Spain and two advanced zinc projects sitting in granted mining leases in the hands of Slipstream Resources Investments.

The deal will see the issue of 1.1 billion shares, worth A$2.2 million, plus assumption of $600,000 in debt, and milestone share issues for a deal that could be worth $5 million.
