Brazil environment body fines CSN over ship stranding

The State Institute of the Environment (INEA) of Rio de Janeiro has fined Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) Brazil 2 million real (US$399,044) for failing to report the stranding of the True Conrad in Sepetiba Bay, Itacuruçá, Mangaratiba district, on the Costa Verde Fluminense.
