TMX's dealLink simplifies non-brokered placements

TMX Group, owners of the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, says its dealLink electronic platform for non-brokered private placements is beginning to get traction among issuers due to the increased efficiency, verification and reduced administration of handling the paperwork investors need to complete to participate, digital format national network growth manager Tim Mckenzie told Mining Journal.
