Chile tails make sense for CAML

Central Asia Metals Ltd’s (CAML) decision to increase its stake in the Chañaral Bay copper tailings project in Chile to 75% late last month was as much, if not more, to do with a savvy corporate development strategy as it was a reflection on the recently published prefeasibility study.

CAML’s initial 2 million (US$3.1 million) investment for 50% of Copper Bay, Chañaral Bay’s holding company, came in November 2013.
