Minera IRL suspends shares, sacks CEO

Minera IRL has requested a precautionary suspension from trading on the AIM after beginning the process of removing former interim CEO Diego Benavides from his controlling position within the two Peruvian subsidiaries Minera IRL SA and Compania Minera Kuri Kullu.
