Women in mining? Only if you're in admin.

8th March is International Women’s Day. A day that has gained significance over the last few years as companies scramble to undo the damage caused in the wake of the #MeToo movement, not to mention the increase of conversations around the gender pay gap.

The first IWD was celebrated in 1911, although it was held later in the month. It was designed to demand suffrage, better working conditions, and the right to hold public office.
