Fission Uranium (CN:FCU) has continued to build out the R840W and R1620E zones at its PLS project, in the Athabasca Basin of Canada, as it heads for a resource update later in the year.

On land and water: Fission has peppered R840W and R1620W with drill holes

The company is in the middle of a 63-hole winter programme at PLS, with drill assays starting to come thick and fast.

The latest holes have seen a 7.5m interval grading 7.51% U3O8 from 136.
