Energy Fuels starts vanadium production

Energy Fuels (NYSE:UUUU) has restarted vanadium production at its White Mesa uranium facility in Utah, US. The restart commenced in December 2018 with the company recovering vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) from existing tailings pond solutions at White Mesa and producing the first batches of vanadium concentrate, or black flake, in January.
