Piedmont gets LG Chem investment and offtake

Piedmont Lithium has signed agreements with South Korea’s LG Chem under which LG Chem will make a US $75 million equity investment into Piedmont for a 5.7% stake, and commit to the offtake of 50,000tpa of spodumene concentrate for four years from North American Lithium (NAL).
