The Mining Association of British Columbia (MABC) has said claims of lax regulation and enforcement of the mining sector in British Columbia in the Dirty Dozen report by NGO BC Mining Law Reform (BCMLR) contains inaccuracies, generalisations, a lack of science and does not reflect the reality of mining in the province.
