Tianqi, Nutrien see off challenge to Chile lithium deal

Tianqi Lithium should complete its acquisition of a stake in one of the world’s largest lithium producers from fertiliser giant Nutrien in a matter of weeks after one of Chile’s highest courts threw out a challenge to the deal, the companies have said.
