Goldman Sachs chief to address Oz mining conference

Organisers of Kalgoorlie’s Diggers & Dealers conference have announced the international keynote speaker for this year’s event will be Goldman Sachs International chairman José Manuel Barroso. The former Portugal prime minister and president of the European Commission will open the conference on August 6.
