Frank Holmes’ top stock picks at this year’s Vancouver Resource Investment Conference did well in a good-natured duel with fellow heavyweight mining investor Marin Katusa – based on a snap poll of about 400 attendees who listened to short presentations by their six selected companies to watch in 2019. Goldspot Discoveries is one Holmes pick that caught the eyes of investors and its new chairman has high hopes for the company that is due to list in Toronto next week after wrapping up its IPO.
