Black Rock can rise to the top

Hong Kong-based investor and analyst Simon Francis believes Black Rock Mining can become the next big thing in the still relatively small global graphite mining business – alongside US$270 million market-cap Syrah Resources. “I think they can become a market duopoly [outside China]”, the former top-rated metals and mining Asia analyst said in Perth this week ahead of the Paydirt Battery Minerals Conference, where Black Rock boss John de Vries was among the presenters.
