OZ explores more of its future options

OZ Minerals CEO Andrew Cole says the Adelaide-based copper miner wasn’t “quite ready for the appetite of the world” to get involved in a A$1 million crowdsourcing project aimed at finding new insights in 10 years of exploration data from the company’s flagship Prominent Hill asset in South Australia. “Today we’ve got nearly 1,100 participants from 62 countries working on our exploration data,” he told this week’s Austmine 2019 conference in Brisbane.
