The two-day event, featuring 41 resources companies, was organised by Read Corporate's Resources Rising Stars and sister publication MiningNews.net

Emerging producers Bellevue Gold and Mincor Resources are among today's presenters.

Lion Selection Group investment manager Hedley Widdup headlines day two, which will also feature expanding copper producer Sandfire Resources and a battery metals panel.

The event will mark the first presentations from newcomers Minerals 260 and E79 Gold Mines since listing on the ASX this month.

The session chairs are predominantly female and include MNN editor Kristie Batten, MNN/Mining Journal reporter Ngaire McDiarmid, Acacia directors Abbi Vermey and Laura Grierson and Read's Kate Bell.

Read's Paul Armstrong, Canaccord Genuity associate director, wealth management Don Inglis and Euroz Hartleys private wealth advisor Tom Kenny will also chair sessions.
