The drilling will test regional scale copper-silver soil geochemical and airborne electromagnetic anomalies across the previously identified KM3 and GW3 prospecting targets.

The programme, to be carried out by Discovery Drilling Group, will first include around 3,000m of reverse circulation drilling at KM3 and then GW3.

Once initial drilling is done, Kopore plans to drill at KM1's copper soil anomaly in the September quarter.

Kopore managing director Grant Ferguson said the two targets were highly prospective and the drilling followed the recent environmental management plan approval granted across the entire license area.
