Moneta to buy Garrison for C$51 million in stock

Gold explorer Moneta Porcupine Mines has taken another step toward becoming a developer in the Kirkland Lake district of the Timmins camp in Ontario, Canada, having agreed to acquire the Garrision project of O3 Mining in an all-share deal valued at C$51 million.
