'We'll be looking globally' Ma'aden CEO tells Mining Journal

The Saudi mining giant Ma’aden announced a slew of deals at the Future Minerals Forum in Riyadh. Among the most notable were a $278 million contract with WorleyParsons Arabia for construction on the Phosphate 3 complex, a $126 investment in Ivanhoe Electric to partner on exploration, and a massive joint venture with PIF, the Saudi sovereign wealth fund, to invest in mining globally.

"I don't think anybody should be too surprised," Ma'aden CEO Robert Wilt told Mining Journal at the Future Minerals Forum.
