Will cobalt prices continue to fall in 2019?

The cobalt market has seen its fair share of interesting happenings this year, most recently Glencore (LSE:GLEN) subsidiary Katanga Mining (TSX:KAT) stopping a quarter of the world’s cobalt exports until mid-2019 after finding "unacceptable" levels of uranium in its hydroxide concentrate.
