DRC heads corrupt-index list

The Democratic Republic of Congo has topped a list of the world’s highest risk countries for corruption, with the “extreme risk” rating obviously presenting a flashing red signal for foreign investors from countries working under mounting anti-corruption compliance and transparency pressures.
